Boilers should be serviced annually. If your boiler has not been serviced in the past 12 months please contact us and we will arrange for this to be done on your behalf. The person that services the boiler will always leave a sticker with the date of last service on it.
We advise tenants to check your boiler is working towards the end of the summer.. This will eliminate any problems being discovered when you turn it on when the weather gets colder.
